To interact with Insure protocol, you deposit USDC stablecoin of the preferred amount. After depositing, you will earn passive income based on the market insurance demand.

What is the cost of interacting with Insure protocol?

Interacting with the protocol requires transaction fees for Godwoken Blockchain usage, which depend on the network status and complexity.

Where are my deposited funds stored?

Your funds are allocated in a smart contract. The smart contract code is public, open source, and formally verified. You can withdraw your funds from the pool on-demand or export a tokenized (iUSDC) version of your position. iUSDC can be moved and traded as any other cryptographic asset on Godwoken.

Is there any risk?

No platform can be considered entirely risk-free. The risks related to the Insure protocol are the smart contract risk (risk of a bug within the protocol code) and liquidation risk (risk on the collateral liquidation process in case of payout). Every possible step has been taken to minimize the risk as much as possible-- the protocol code is public and open source.

Is there a minimum or maximum amount to deposit?

You can deposit any amount you want, there is no minimum or maximum limit.

How much would I pay in premium?

The premium rate you pay for covering assets depends on the premium rate derived from the pool's supply and demand ratio.
